I'd give them 10 stars if I could . From choices, to preparation to everything. Just choose them ! Don't even think twice or look any further.
Chef Andrey and Francesco were so helpful from the word go, from chalking up different menu options, to being flexible about the timings and menu items. And on the day of the event , they arrived, set up, prepared and served and even helped out with the drinks, and were so amiable and kind that they pretty much merged with the party while still being on point with prep. And now the food, everything on the menu was gourmet and absolutely delicious.

The guests loved every single preparation and the quantity was ample, such that by the time they wrapped up, we still had a little bit of food left-over, which the guests helped themselves to, later in the evening.
So yes just go with them and stop worrying.
