We had the pleasure of having Chef Andrey as our private chef, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, he worked with us to create a menu that perfectly catered to our gluten-free and dairy-free dietary needs. The selections were so remarkable that it didn’t feel like any restrictions were applied—just pure culinary excellence.

One highlight was trying wagyu beef for the first time, a long-time dream of ours. Chef Andrey crafted a stunning appetizer using an exceptional cut from his trusted butcher. We had the chance to sit with him in the kitchen during the starters, and it was such a delight to hear about his journey as a chef and the incredible culinary adventures he has had around the globe.

For the main course, we moved to the dining room, where we were treated to a restaurant-quality dining experience. The attention to detail was impeccable, with water and wine seamlessly poured throughout the evening. The highlight of the night was the beef short ribs, which were nothing short of extraordinary—so tender and flavorful, they left us speechless.

Chef Andrey was not only professional but also incredibly warm and engaging. His passion for his craft truly shone through in every aspect of the evening. We cannot recommend him enough to anyone seeking an unforgettable private dining experience.
