Chef Andrey helped the McCain Toronto Office celebrate a huge event - National French Fry Day. I shared my idea to create poutine's that would showcase our fries and he took it to the next level. Everyone raved about his home made gravies and we barely had anything leftover (mostly because his portions are so generous).
